Tajne duge kose! Secrets to long hair!

Kao i svaka devojka, mastam o dugoj i sjajnoj kosi, no nikada je licno nisam imala. Stalno sam imala problema sa pucanjem, opadanjem i jedini izlaz sam videla u sisanju.
As any other girl, I dreamed of having long and shiny hair, but I’ve never had it. It always broke, fell of and my only way out was cutting it.

Ali, kako sam pocela da istrazujem vise na tu temu, pronasla sam dosta nacina koji su mi pomogli da imam dugu kosu.
But, as I started to research more and more on the subject, I found a lot of tips that helped me a lot.

  • Najvazniji korak jeste hidratacija! Ljudsko telo je sastavljeno od 70% vode, koju trosimo svakodnevno. Stoga se mora unositi sto vise vode, kako bismo je nadoknadili.
    The most important step is moisturizing! Human body is made of 70% water, which we spend on the daily basis, so we need to replace it. It’s important to drink a lot of water.

 

  •  Takodje je bitno koristenje regeneratora za kosu. Nanosim ga na sredinu i vrhove dlake, od brade na nize. Ostavim ga da deluje 2-3 minuta,pa isperem vodom. Takodje je dobro koristiti masku za kosu jednom nedeljno.
    Conditioner is also a key. I apply it on the tips pf my hair, from chin down. I leave it on for 2-3 minutes to do its magic, and than rinse it with water. A hair mask should be used once a week too.

 

  • Kosu ne treba prati svaki dan, jer pranjem skidamo njena prirodna ulja, koja cine dlaku jacom i cvrscom. Stoga treba teziti sto manjem pranju kose. Koristenjem sampona za suvo pranje kose se moze produziti period izmedju pranja.
    You shouldn’t  wash your hair every day, because you are stripping its natural oils from it which make it stronger and healthier. So dry shampoo can help you wash your hair less.

 

  • Mokru kosu susim peskirom,ali nikada ne trljam kosu izmedju dva kraja,jer tako stvaram cvorove i mrsim kosu dok je mokra, tj. kada je najslabija. Susim je tako sto obmotam svu kosu u peskir i lagano pritisnem, da iscedim svu vodu iz kose.
    I dry wet hair with a towel, but I never rub it, because it breaks my hair, as it is at its weakest point. I pinch it and squeeze the water out. 

 

  • Nakon pranja mokru kosu nikako ne treba cesljati cetkom. Uvek koristim siroki cesalj, kojim prvo cesljam krajeve, a onda se krecem ka gore. Cesljam kosu tako sto jednom rukom drzim kosu, a drugom lagano rascesljavam. To cinim u delovima po 5-10 centimetara. Tako se mnogo lakse rasceslja kosa, jer ne svlacite cvorove ka vrhovima, gde se oni jos vise zapetljaju, pa onda cimate kosu i tako je lomite.
    After wash, I never brush my hair while it’s still wet. Use wide comb. First you hold your hair in the middle, and slowly detangle my ends. Than I work my way up, section by section, 5-10 cm at a time. This helps with detangling, because you don’t pull tangles from high point towards  the bottom, and create even bigger tangles. That causes you to pull hard on your hair and break it.

 

  • Na ocesljanu kosu nanosim ulje za kosu na vrhove, jer su oni najstariji deo vase kose i stoga i najosteceniji. Kolicina ulja zavisi i od duzine i gustine kose.Sa uljem ne treba preterivati, jer cete dobiti izgled masne i prljave kose, koji svakako nije pozeljan.
    On brushed tips, I put hair oil. They are the oldest parts of our hair, which means they are the most damaged. The amount of oil depends on the length and thickness of the hair. You shouldn’t go overboard. That will make your hair look dirty and oily hair, which isn’t that appealing.

 

  • Toplota nije najbolji prijatelj vase kose, stoga je treba smanjiti na minimum. Peglanje i uvijanje, pa cak i susenje fenom moze znatno ostetiti vasu kosu. Najpozeljnije je pustiti kosu da se sama susi, a po potrebi se peglati i uvijati figarom. Kosu mozete uviti na razne nacine bez koristenja toplote, kao odlicna alternativa.
    Heat isn’t your hairs best friend, so you should use as little as possible. Curling and  straightening can really damage your hair. The best is air drying, and using heat tools only if needed. There’s a lot of ways to curl your hair heatless as a great alternative.

 

  • Tokom noci se kosa mrsi i puca zbog cestog okretanja i prevrtanja po krevetu, stoga ja spletem pletenicu pred spavanje, ili napravim pundju na vrhu glave. To mi pomaze da ukrotim kosu ujutru, a pletenica me ostavlja sa divnim talasima u kosi.                         In the night, the hair gets tangled, and gets damaged, so I sleep with a braid, or a high bun. These can leave you with beautiful waves in the morning.

 

  • Redovna masaza temena kose takodje moze potstaci brzi rast kose, a takodje deluje i opustajuce.
    Scalp massage can help with hair growth, and it’s also relaxing.

 

  • Cesto farbanje kose takodje moze uzrokovati pucanje, stoga je potrebno smanjiti na minimum. No, ako i dalje zelite bojenu kosu, alternativa su pramenovi ili ombre frizure, jer ne bojite citavu kosu, vec samo njene delove.
    Often hair coloring can cause breakage, so you should decrease it. The alternatives are highlights or ombre styles, as these only treat some of the hair, but not all of it.
